Colt 1851 Navy revolver 3rd Model martially marked and inspected for Army use, S/N 62623. This revolver remains in good to very good condition with traces of blue and case colors mixed into a patina finish. Some scratchesand minor pinprick pitting but generally very good metal surfaces overall. Sharp address and frame markings. 30%-50% cylinder scene remaining. The straps show “K” and “S” inspection with “A” on backstrap. Outlinesand shadows of cartouches on both grips. The grips are very good overall with only minor imperfections. All matching visible serial numbers. A strong 7 on a 1-10 scale. (Antique) Est.: $2000-$4000
