^Lot 687a Iver Johnson Safety Automatic .38 Cal

SN: G42455 Blued, double-action, top-break, 5-shot revolver with a 3-1/4" barrel, fixed sights, and hard rubber checkered grips. The bluing has worn to silver grey with surface rust and pin-prick pitting. Bore is shiny with some corrosion in it and good rifling. Chambers are good with some slight pitting in some of the throats. The automatic ejection doesn't work (nothing is holding the cylinder on the pin). The barrel to frame locking is tight. Action works in singe and double action modes. Lock-up is still good. Owls Head grips are in very good condition. Overall condition is fair to good. *Antique Firearm*
