^Lot 674 Antiqued Palmetto 1862 Pocket Navy .36 cal

Italian reproduction of the Colt 1862 Pocket Navy model chambered for .36 caliber ammunition. Features a distressed blued finish. 5.5" octagonal barrel, loading lever, brass bead front sight, notched rear sight on the hammer, non-fluted five shot cylinder w/o scene, brass triggerguard & backstrap and one-piece faux ivory grips. The maker marks appear to have been removed as the only visible markings are on the cylinder, they include a circled palm tree, "C24078" and Italian proofs. Revolver exhibits a lovely aged patina with a small area of dark surface rust on the right side of the frame behind the recoil shield. Action is sound, bore is good with what looks to be a thin layer of rust and faux ivory grips are very good. A neat little gun that is very reminiscent of the real deal.
