Japanese Arisaka bolt action rifle, 6.5 caliber, serial #43041. The rifle is in fair overall condition with a 31” barrel with a post front and military style ladder rear sight. The barrel and receiver have bothtaken on a brown patina with light surface and erosion noted. The smooth wood stock is in fair condition showing heavy use with considerable mars and compressions and loose steel butt plate. The butt stock has acartouche on the left side in Japanese characters. The bore is poor with pitting; the action functions and the markings are legible on this Arisaka training rifle. (C+R) Est.: $75-$150.
