Antique Stanley Arms Co. S x S double barrel hammer shotgun, 12 gauge, serial #NSNV. The shotgun is in poor overall condition, showing heavy use with 28 3/8” barrels with a brass bead front sight. The barrels have goneentirely to a dark brown patina while the action shows small amounts of old, toned case color through brown patina and light surface rust. The action appears to be off face and should be thoroughly inspected by aqualified gunsmith. The smooth wood stocks are in fair condition showing significant wear and use. The butt ends with a checkered steel butt plate and a 14 ¼” LOP. The bores are rough, the action needs work and themarkings are legible. (Antique) Est.: $200-$400.
