Winchester Pre 64 Model 70 bolt action rifle, 375 H&H Magnum caliber, serial #535973. The rifle is very good overall condition with a 25” barrel with a ramp front and rear sights removed. The barrel and receiver retain themajority of their thinning blued finish with scrapes and mars along the barrel and muzzle wear. The checkered wood stock is in very good condition showing wear and use with mars and compressions. A rubber recoil pad hasbeen added providing a 14 ¼” LOP. The rifle is topped with a Redfield one-piece scope mount and Lyman All-American fixed 2 ½ power scope with clear, crisp optics. The lot includes a leather sling and sling swivels.The bore is good, the action smooth and markings are sharp. This is a highly desirable, Pre 64 Model 70 in a stopper caliber.
