Japanese matchlock musket with thin and elegant barrel showing nicely flared muzzle. Measures 56” overall with a 40 ½” barrel of .45 caliber smoothbore. Quality burl wood with some minor losses at the top edge andgood overall. Silver leaf and branch inlay in sections on the barrel. Minor pitting within brown patina.
