Unusual pinfire revolver of type and style made for Papal guards to pope during mid-19th century. Hinged loading gate on the left rear of frame. Measures 8 ¼” overall with a 4” barrel. Browned patina finish with simplewood grips in good condition. Only example we have seen identified for us by a known European revolver expert. (Antique) Est.: $600-$1200
