Exhibition quality mid-Victorian era cast bronze figural dagger with rich silver and gold gilt. The hilt shows human figures of Othello slaying Dismiralda inspired from the works of Shakespeare and made in an archaicform with fine workmanship throughout. Measures 21 ½” from tip to top of hilt with 12” etched blade of high quality with spear point and reinforced construction (A serious weapon).
