Lot 334 Iver Johnson Safety Hammerless .38 Cal
SN: 40002 Antique top-break double action revolver chambered in .38 black powder cartridge, circa 1890's. Features a nickel plated finish, 3.25" ribbed barrel, blade front sight, fixed rear sight, fluted five shot cylinder, safety trigger and ornate two-piece black plastic grips. Revolver retains approximately 40% of it's original nickel plated finish showing a heavy cleaning on the barrel, some pitting on the cylinder & frame and scattered light surface rust found throughout. Action performs well with good lock-up, the bore is good but shows rust and the grips are missing the screw and have a chip on the top of the left panel. Condition is near good. ***Antique Firearm***
