J.C. Higgins Model 36 semi-automatic rifle, .22 LR caliber, serial #NSNV. The rifle is in very good overall condition with a 24” barrel with a ramp front and adjustable rear sights. The barrel, magazine tube andreceiver retain the majority of their blued finish. The smooth wood stock is in good condition, showing moderate use with small mars and compressions. The butt ends with a J. c. Higgins marked plastic butt plate. The rifle is topped with a Weaver B4 fixed power scope marked El Paso, TX. The bore is good, the action crisp and markings are sharp.
