Sporterized WWII Mauser Bolt Action Rifle (byf/43), #3742, .30-06 cal., 24'' Winchester Model 70 barrel, blue finish, polished bolt, checkered cheekpiece somewhat fancy walnut stock, Pachmayr red rubber butt pad, with Redfield rear peep sight, hooded ramp bright bead front sight as one would find on a Winchester Model 70. Condition is excellent as modified retaining approx. 97% immersion blue. Stock is well crafted; checkering and cheekpiece are nicely executed. Action is crisp, bore is bright. Est.: $500-$750. (C&R)
