^Lot 123 Custom Remington Rolling Block 7x57mm NVSN

Customized single shot rolling block rifle chambered in 7x57mm, built off an 1868-1888 vintage receiver. Features a blued 30" military style barrel, blade front sight, mid-range tang sight, smooth trigger, checkered hammer spur, smooth Schnabel walnut forend and straight grip shoulder stock with cheek rest & Bishop buttplate. Barrel retains approximately 88% of it's blued finish with scattered light pitting & fine scratches. Receiver has moved to a nice grey/brown patina and shows some light pitting on the trigger guard. Action is solid, bore is dull with good rifling and custom wood stocks are fine. Condition is good+. ***Antique Firearm***
