'Third Model' Vintage large frame lever action repeating rifle chambered in .45-60 Winchester, circa 1885. Features a blued finish, 28" King's Improvement octagonal barrel, blade front sight, rear sporting sight missing ramp, adjustable peep sight on tang, full tube magazine, dust cover, smooth trigger, smooth walnut forend with metal cap and straight grip shoulder stock with crescent metal buttplate. Rifle's finished has turned to pleasant grey/brown patina and exhibits a small amount of old pitting on the top of the barrel rear the front sight. Action is smooth, bore is very good and wood stock are slightly shrunken. Condition is very good. ***Antique Firearm***
