serial #89074. The rifle is in fine overall condition with a 26” barrel. The barrel retains a significant amount of its original military finish with the rear tangent sight retaining the aircraft wings. The receiver shows the majority of its military finish with an excellent example of the mum marking on the front ring. The smooth wood stocks are in very good condition showing moderate use with small mars and compressions while original sling swivels are retained. The butt stock ends with a smooth metal butt plate. The bore is good, the action crisp and the markings are sharp on this fine example of an Arisaka. (C+R) Est.: $250-$500.
