Lot 1058 Remington “Zouave” .58 caliber brass mounted rifled musket
dated 1863 and in original fine to excellent condition. 98% original blue with 90%-95% bright and colorful case hardening. The stock is near fine with some minor dings, mars and scratches and also showing two razor sharp cartouches on the left side of the stock behind and below the lock screws. Original ramrod. Extra nipple in the patchbox. Shows no use. A strong 9-9.5 on a 1-10 scale. (Antique) Est.: $3000-$6000
