French officer's double action revolver chambered in 11x17Rmm, produced at the St. Etienne armory between 1874 - 1886. Features a blued finish, 4.7" half-octagonal barrel, blade front sight, notched rear sight, fluted six shot cylinder, ejector rod, checkered hammer spur, rounded trigger, and black checkered wood grips. Revolver retains approximately 20-30% finish with bluing turning to a brown patina. Action currently works as single action only but does not rotate the cylinder, bore is good with light pitting, and grips are good+. Condition is good. ***Antique Firearm***
