U.S. Remington Model 1903 bolt action rifle, .30 cal., serial #3230448. The rifle is in very good overall condition with a 24” barrel with a blade front and military style tangent rear sights. The barrel retains a significant amount of itsmilitary finish and is dated 9-42, marked with “RA” and the Flaming Bomb emblem. The action shows considerable military finish with light surface erosion and surface rust. The smooth wood stocks are in good condition with typical marsand dents from use and an old coat of varnish added. The butt stock ends with a smooth, metal butt plate with trap.
