Military percussion rifle, approximately .65 cal., serial #NSNV. The rifle is in fair overall condition with a 39 ¼” round barrel. The barrel and receiver have gone to a brown patina with moderate to heavy pitting observed. The lockplate is stamped,” BARNETT”, “LONDON” and “TOWER”. The smooth wood stock is in fair condition showing heavy use with a poorly fit brass butt plate and iron barrel bands. Est.: $200-$400. (Antique).
