D. Egg London marked pistol with mask butt converted from flintlock to percussion. D. Egg was one of the top London makers in the early 19th century. The pistol measures 12” overall with a 6 ½” barrel of approximately .60 caliber smoothbore. The condition is good to very good with nice wood showing minor imperfections only. The action works well. Brass mountings with original matching ramrod. A premium maker to the royal and “Carriage Trade”. Est.: $900-$1800
