Blued lever-action rifle made in 1896 with a 24-1/4" barrel, ramp adjustable rear sight, wood stock and crescent buttplate. Bluing is refinished over buffed metal with some areas of pitting on barrel and receiver. The magazine ring dovetail on the bottom of the barrel is not retaining the ring well. Bore has pitting with worn rifling. Action is smooth and works well. Wood is dark, fits the metal well but has dings and rubs with a few small slivers missing from the upper tang. Condition as refinished antique is good. *Antique Firearm*
