^Lot 113 Connecticut Revolutionary War Draft

for the manufacture of firearms and gun locks dated 11/13/1776. Reads Pay to Stephan Chandler the sum of eight pounds two shillings and bills for premiums for manufacture of firearm and lock as amount charge the state. Then it is also signed on back again by Chandler and by E. Plummer and dated again September 1 1777. A rare find in such beautiful condition.
