Smith & Wesson Victory Model Double Action Revolver, #SV324302, .38 Spec. cal., 4'' barrel, dulite finish, smooth walnut grips, with lanyard loop in butt. Shipped to the U.S. Navy, Norfolk, VA, on May 28, 1943. Factory letter states it had a midnight black finish. Top strap is marked U.S. Property GHD''.
