Factory Punchdot Engraved Merwin & Hulbert Double Action Pocket Model Revolver, in original factory box, #6738, .38 S&W cal., 3-1/2'' barrel punchdot engraved in the floral intaglio design, with hunting dogs to left sideplate, folding hammerspur, checkerboard factory checkered hard rubber grips, in brown pasteboard box with instructions in lid, no end label. Condition is near excellent retaining approx. 95% original nickel, with small flake at left top joint and losses to triggerguard. Grips with mild flattening. Action is good, bore is fine. Box shows spots and minor tatters, but is otherwise very good. Original cleaning rod is included. Est.: $1,800-$2,400. (Antique)
