French LeMat Single Action Combination Percussion Revolver, #1825, .42 cal. 9-shot cylinder with centrally positioned 20 ga. smoothbore barrel, 6-1/2'' pistol barrel, 5'' shotgun barrel, nickel finish, checkered burl walnut grips. Top of barrel marked ''Syst. LeMat Bre C.F.G.S.'' (Charles Frederic Girard & Son of Paris). Condition is near excellent retaining approx. 85% of an old nickel finish with almost all the losses to cylinder. Grips are excellent with beautiful burl pattern.
