*Marlin Model 1894 lever action rifle, 32-20 WCF cal., serial #73442. The rifle is in overall good condition with a 24” octagon barrel, silver knife blade front and adjustable buckhorn rear sights. The barrel and full-length magazine retain significant muted blue going to patina . The edges remain sharp and barrel address is legible. The receiver has drifted to a silvery patina with some muted case colors still evident in protected areas, specifically around the lever and trigger. The checkered wood stocks are in overall good condition showing significant use, mars dings and flattening out of the checkering. The buttstock ends with a metal crescent butt plate showing light surface rust. The bore is good, the action crisp and markings remain legible on this old Marlin. Est.: $800-$1,200.
