French double barrel rifle converted from flintlock to percussion and signed “Chire in Roven”, ca 1780-1800 and converted ca 1830’s; 20 gauge, 33” barrels, fancy carved stock with bayonet for boar; good to very good condition overall with crisp actions and beautiful burl wood butt stock. The carving at the bottom of the butt stock is finely executed and is the image of a boar’s head. Est.: $1,000-$2,000.
