Early Colt SAA revolver, .45 caliber, barrel period reduced to 5.75”, S/N 37739, all matching numbers including the barrel, approximately 30% original nickel finish with balance gone to a dark, un-cleaned patina. The bore is good, the action crisp and the markings are sharp; the front sight has been re-positioned due to period barrel shortening. The grips are good to very good with scattered old mars from carry and storage. A classic looking Colt that should be lettered. Est.: $3,000-$6,000.
