Beautifully decorated Japanese matchlock rifle, .69 caliber, 40” octagon barrel with several silver inlaid panel scenes, full length wood stock with pierced brass ornamentation. This rifle is in overall very good to near fine condition with working action, dark patina to barrel and pleasing tone to brass decoration. The wood is also very good to fine with some scattered minor old mars from carry and storage; a wood ramrod is retained. Est.: $2,000-$3,000.
