^Lot 745 Winchester 1897 Cal: 12 GA SN: E644193

Blued steel and wood takedown pump action shotgun with a 30" barrel. Made in 1918. Metal finish has worn/faded to bare metal or plum on exposed areas and high spots. Wood has worn through the varnish in many spots and there are 2 small cracks starting from the receiver running back and another from the trigger guard running back. There are many rubs and dings but no missing chips. The plastic buttplate has a chip out of the toe and lots of wear with scratches. Bore is shiny with scratches. Action is tight and smooth.
