WWII German Model 98k Bolt Action Rifle, by Mauser (42/1940), #1708y, 8mm, 24'' barrel, arsenal blue finish, laminated beech stock and forced-match numbers. Rifle appears to be a Russian capture rifle re-imported in the late 1980s. Condition is very good as arsenal refinished. Stock with light dings and scuffs. Lightly import marked. No cleaning rod.
