Russet Brown M1904 McClellan Service Saddle, with 11-1/2'' seat. Saddle features original russet leather U.S. marked covered wood stirrups and horsehair girth, probably mfg'd by a commercial maker prior to or during WWI. Condition is very good showing moderate use with oil staining near horn area. Includes pre-WWI canteen and officer's spurs, and a period leather horse blanket that needs repair. Est.: $350-$500.
