Winchester Model 92 Lever Action Rifle, #981603, .38-40 cal., 24'' octagonal barrel, button magazine, blue finish, walnut stock and forend. Mfg'd 1927. Condition is fine retaining approx. 90% blue to barrel and 80% blue to frame. Buttstock appears to be a later walnut replacement that fits fractionally small. Forend with scuffs, scratches and light sanding. Good action and bore. Est.: $600-$800. (C&R)
