Continental Doglock Percussion Conversion Musket, #2931, .75 cal., 39'' barrel, bright finish, European walnut stock, with brass buttplate, triggerguard, sidelock, forend and cleaning rod ferrules. Lock marked ''134'' with ''(crown)/K'' proofmark. Condition is excellent. Smoothbore musket with bright even barrel showing light pitting near percussion nipple. Stock shows light sanding, oil darkening, and minor fractures near reinforcing nails. Rear triggerguard tang shows repair near forwardmost screw. Crisp action, bright bore. Est.: $500-$750. (Antique)
