Rare Late War Super Grade Winchester Model 70 Bolt Action Rifle, #50821, .270 Win. cal., 24'' barrel, blue finish, checkered walnut stock, swivel eyelets, with original blue steel checkered buttplate. Mfg'd 1945. Condition is excellent showing little use with only minor marks to stock. Wrist checkering is wrapped completely around stock, and magazine floorplate is marked ''Super Grade''. Buttplate shows only the lightest thinning to area around top screw. Action remains crisp, bore is mirror bright. Est.: $3,500-$5,000. (C&R)
