Colt Artillery Single Action Army Revolver, #131956 to frame, .45 Colt cal., 5-1/2'' barrel, blue finish, case hardened frame, one-piece lightly 1902 cartouched walnut grips. Backstrap and triggerguard numbered #139027; barrel with ''HN'' inspector marks; walnut grip with 1902 date, showing faint cartouche which is probably ''OCH'' and are ''RIC'' sub-inspected. Revolver was originally shipped in the early 1890s and overhauled in 1902 for 1903 shipment. Condition is excellent as professionally restored, retaining approx. 99% correct type blue and case hardening. Grips show trace amounts of original varnish. Action remains crisp, bore is fine.
