Italian Flintlock Pistol, .60 cal., 9-1/2'' barrel with decorative bronze bands, brass lockplate, triggerguard, sideplate and ramrod ferrules; beautifully executed baroque cock, frizzen pan and spring, and of possible Venetian mfg.; full-length Mediterranean stock. Condition is very good to fine with moderate carbon spotting to bright portions of barrel. Stock shows very subtle nailwork around lock and sideplate. Professionally executed repair to butt using decorative brass straps. Good functioning action, with later replacement rammer. Est.: $750-$1,000. (Antique)
