Made by DWM for Portugal from a Portuguese design. Blued military bolt-action rifle with a 23.6" barrel. Stamped with the crown and the crest of Carlos I of Portugal. Import marked. All visible serial numbers match. Includes a muzzle protector. Metal finish is worn to a patina with freckles of rust stains and some pitting. Wood is dark with dings and dents and an ill-fitting handguard. Bore is frosty with rifling. Action works well. Condition is fair. *Modern Firearm*
