^Lot 440 Carcano 1891/28 Cal: 6.5x52mm SN: F4275

Italian military blued bolt-action rifle with a 18" barrel. Made in Gardone. Bluing has faded in spots on the barrel and turning to brown with edge wear on receiver, front barrel lug and rear sight. Bolt and bolt handle are grey. Stock is mildly battered with a cartouche from the factory. Stock also has serial number stamped on it. Butt plate is brown and grey with dings and rubs. handguard may be from a different model. Bore is shiny with good rifling. Action works well. Condition is fair. *Modern Firearm*
