^Lot 387 Model of IRBM 2 Submarine

Special Project Division Bureau of Ordinance Navy Department Washington D.C. built by The Creative Industries of Detroit for Chrysler Corporation Missile Operations, Detroit May 19, 1956. Measures 51.5" x 15" mounted wood board. Included wooden carrying case. This is a one of a kind presentation model made for the Chrysler Corporation Missile Operation as a sample of what they could produce. Although they never made this submarine, the Russians made a similar submarine in the 60's.
