Indian made British military blued bolt-action rifle with a 25-1/8" barrel and a web sling. Metal finish is paint over bluing with edge wear to bare metal. Butt plate is an alloy with a trapdoor and nothing in the space. Wood is dark with a number stenciled on the butt, a large "X" scratched in, white paint spatters and dings, scrapes and gouges. Forend and hand guards have different finishes with few dings and scratches. Bore is shiny with good rifling. Action is working well. Condition is fair to good. *Modern Firearm*
