^Lot 36 Remington 1871 Army Cal: .50 SN: NVSN

Blued and case-colored single-shot rolling block pistol with an 8" barrel. Bluing has faded to a patina with rust stains, some pitting and dings. There appear to be wrench marks on the barrel. The bore is bright and shiny with a few spots of discoloration. The case-coloring has faded and left a mildly rust stained and pitted surface with some large dings. The initials "P" and "S" are stamped on the frame. Wood furniture has dings, rubs and scratches and there is a cartouche on the grip. Action works well.
