U.S. Model 1911-A1 Semi-Automatic Pistol, by Union Switch & Signal, #1068634, .45 ACP cal., 5'' H-S barrel, Du-Lite finish, small ring brown plastic checkered grips, with one blue contract magazine by Scoville. ''RCD'' inspector's marks just below slide stop; ''P'' proofmark to top left side of slide above forward slide serration, as well as just below magazine release. Condition is excellent retaining approx. 96% correct Du-Lite finish, with light wear to high edges near muzzle, with the majority of losses as thinning to front strap area. Grips, action and barrel are excellent. Barrel shows some thinning through ejection port from actioning. Grip screws are excellent and retain approx. 97% blue. Est.: $4,500-$6,000. (C&R)
