^Lot 677 Scarce 1906 Commercial Luger

Scarce 1906 Commercial Luger, #42958, 9mm, 4'' barrel blue finish with straw small parts, factory checkered walnut grips, and one nickel-plated magazine with unmarked wooden base. Pistol features grip safety, serrated thumb safety with lower portion polished bright, checkered toggle knobs, smooth backstrap lacking stock lug; top of chamber is blank, central toggle link marked DWM, with BUG commercial proofmarks. These pistols are considered somewhat scarce with approx. 3500-4000 mfg'd in 9mm. Condition is excellent as professionally restored, retaining approx. 99% correct rust blue with beautiful fire blue grip screws. Several small scratches to bottom of magazine base.
