San Francisco Police Dept. marked Smith & Wesson Model 58 Double Action Revolver, #S259762, .41 mag. cal., 4'' barrel, blue finish, factory checkered walnut grips, case colored hammer and trigger, early diamond escutcheon grips and pinned barrel. Dating from approx. 1965. In slightly later mahogany case with cleaning accessories and original instructions. ''S.F.P.D.'' neatly engraved just below cylinder latch. Condition is excellent showing just light scuffs to sides of cylinder and minor wear at muzzle. Grips show minor flattening. Action remains crisp, bore is excellent. Est.: $1,200-$1,800. (Modern/PPT)
