2nd Model 1866 Allin Conversion Single Shot Breechloading Rifle, .50-70 cal., 40'' barrel, bright finish, cartouched walnut stock, with 1866 marked breechblock and 1864 dated Springfield lockplate. Condition is near excellent with very light carbon spotting to bright surfaces. Stock with minor scuffs and oil darkening. Light pitting to internal breech area. Action is crisp, bore is excellent.
