Hunt California Bighorns on one of Utah’s newest sheep units. 160 -170 class rams with a high density of rams to hunt. Conservation permit hunters are allowed to hunt through December 31st, 2015. Winning bidder is responsible for the additional payment of the appropriate resident or non-resident license fee for this species. Utah’s wild sheep population has increased from less than
