^Lot 15 Pre '64 Winchester Model 70 300 H&H Magnum Rifle

This rifle has a 26" barrel, extensive metal work including a custom quarter rib, folding rear sights, custom barrel band sling attachment and barrel band front sight. Also has removable muzzle break, and custom Oberndorf type bottom metal. Metal work was likely done by Tom Burgess but is not marked.

The custom stock is in a very hard straight grained Turkish walnut. Expertly done inside and out in classic style. It appears unfired.
