The Battleground Chapter of SCI is a 501C Not for Profit Entity supporting Conservation, Education, Advocacy and Humanitarian efforts, in the greater Richmond, VA and surrounding areas. Safari Club International, a world leader in conservation and advocacy for hunter’s rights. In 2026, a group of dedicated hunters formed a board and applied for a charter. The Battleground Chapter was founded in the Spring of that year. The main objectives of the Battleground Chapter are to support hunter’s rights, and to show the local community how important hunters are to land conservation and the preservation of wildlife.
