The winner of a Wyoming Governor’s License chooses to hunt deer, elk, or pronghorn and once species is declared, that hunter can hunt ANY open hunt area for that species. The licenses shall be valid in any hunt area in accordance with Commission regulations, except for the following: – Governor Complimentary licenses shall not be valid within Grand Teton National Park. – Once the actual license is issued, it cannot be canceled or transferred.
